Shipping Policy

All Wotcha Wear products are printed to order in the UK.

Processing time
Please allow approximately 3–5 working days for your order to be printed and prepared for dispatch.

UK delivery
Once dispatched, standard UK delivery normally takes around 2–5 working days. Express delivery, where available, normally takes around 1–3 working days.

These delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by postal or courier delays.

Tracking
UK orders are sent using tracked delivery services. Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Multiple parcels
Occasionally, items from the same order may arrive separately if products are completed at different times. You will not be charged any additional delivery fees for split shipments.

Delayed or missing orders
If your UK order has not arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, please contact us at wotchawear@outlook.com and we will investigate it for you.

Incorrect delivery addresses
Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order. We may be unable to replace or refund orders that cannot be delivered because an incorrect or incomplete address was supplied.

International delivery
International delivery times vary by destination and are shown at checkout where available. Customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on the destination country.
